As a result of a proposal at the AGM and the unanimous vote for the motion, clubs need to be aware that they are now required to input the result of Charity Cup games onto the web site. The cards no longer need to be taken on the night to Headquarters. The onus for inputting the results lies with the hosting club (the club where the games are played at). The hosting club will be issued with a card defining the process on how to input the data, and this will also include the password to be used.
The L&DBA Secretary suggests that all clubs who have offered their green for use in the Charity Cups, should make themselves aware of the site sooner rather than later to best understand what their requirement is.
