The finals of the 2025 CoC will take place on Friday 12th September at 5.30pm on Loughborough Phoenix green. The Men’s final is David Bettany (Sutton Bonington) v Eric Peat (Thringstone) and the Ladies final is Louise Bettany (Sutton Bonington) v Kate Toon (Fosseway)

The AGM and Presentation of awards for 2024 season will take place on Tuesday 29th October 2024 at Loughborough Phoenix Bowls Club, commencing at 7.00pm.

Jackie Jones of Shepshed Town Bowls Club is the 2024 Ladies Champion of Champions following a comfortable 21 – 5 victory against Sue Bailey of Keyworth BC.

Greg Fardell (Shepshed Town Bowls Club) is the Bowls Loughborough Men’s Champion of Champions for 2024 having defeated Steve Wesson (Queens Park Bowls Club) 21 – 6 in the final played at Sutton Bonington.

Thanks go to Sutton Bonington for hosting the game and making their facilities available at short notice.

The draw for the 2024 Men’s and Ladies Champion of Champions has been made and can be found on the website under Benevolent Cups.

The number of teams in the Bowls Loughborough leagues continues to increase. Season 2024 sees the welcome return of Sileby Finches to the Monday league along with an additional team Quorn Thatchers. The ladies Tuesday league welcome Birstall ladies whilst Keyworth Cats have registered for the Men’s Thursday league. We wish each of the new teams every success in their new venture.
